Stress and poor mental health is the biggest cause of long-term sickness in the U.K. - HSE 23rd November 2022. Employees are more likely to continue to work during periods of stress; driven by job security and the cost of living crisis. Our coaches deliver group education sessions to help all employees, from the CEO down, to gain a greater understanding of what poor mental health is and how exercise and nutrition can improve it.
We focus on creating a platform for people to talk. We break down the barriers and stigma around Mental Health. We look at ways on how to use exercise to assist in managing Mental Health. On the whole, most people find exercise a minefield, but we work to encourage employees to discover what sort of exercise they like and how to fall in love with it; educating them about how they feel rather than how they look.
Poor Mental Health is being developed at the workplace, so let's prevent it and treat it at the workplace.
